Application Requirements

The British High Commission normally asks for the inspection to be carried out by a suitably qualified person to provide an inspection report.
The Inspection report must both meet the statutory requirements and verify that the accommodation:
• does not pose a significant risk to the health or safety of those who will be living there.• is in a reasonable state of repair.
